Your mail, pages and records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Robin to you. You are responsible for having the right to share what you publish on a Robin page.

The agreement between you and Robin. Plain English, as short as we can make it.
These terms are between you and Robin (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Contact: privacy@withrobin.dev.
You must be 18 or over. Sign-in links go to your registered email, so keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Robin gives you an email address with an assistant built in. It reads mail sent to that address, organises it, and acts within the permissions you give it.
Robin uses AI and can make mistakes: a missed date, a misfiled email, a wrong summary. Check anything important. Robin only sends mail you approve or have given it standing permission to send.
Do not use Robin to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail, to break the law, to harass or deceive anyone, to infringe others’ rights, or to probe, overload or get around Robin’s limits and security.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove public pages that do.
Your mail, pages and records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Robin to you. You are responsible for having the right to share what you publish on a Robin page.
If you connect an external agent, you choose its permissions and are responsible for what it does with them. Its provider’s terms apply to it. You can disconnect it at any time; mail it already sent cannot be recalled.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, plus any tax. They renew each month until you cancel. Each plan includes a monthly mail allowance; at the limit, receiving or sending pauses until it resets. There are no automatic extra charges.
Paid plans are sold through Onelink, Stripe’s checkout, which is the merchant of record. Your statement shows LINK.COM, and receipts, invoices and refund notices come from Onelink. The payment terms shown at checkout also apply.
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancel any time from your plan settings or your Onelink account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
For a refund, contact us or Onelink support. If you are a consumer, your legal cancellation rights are not affected.
You can delete your account at any time. Cancel any active subscription first.
We keep improving Robin, so features change. We will tell you before a change that takes away something you pay for. We aim to keep Robin running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may end the service with at least 30 days’ notice, refunding any unused paid period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local law and may bring a claim where you live.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
