- What is Robin?
- Robin is a separate email address with an assistant built in. Use it for signups, bookings and newsletters: sign-in codes come straight through, receipts and plans get sorted, and the sales pitch stays out of your main inbox.
- How much does Robin cost?
- Starter is $5 a month for one inbox. Premium is $10 a month for 3 inboxes, your chosen address name and agent access. Startup plans are quoted.
- How is Robin different from an email alias?
- An alias only forwards mail. Robin reads what arrives: sign-in codes reach you instantly, receipts and bookings are filed, and invites land in your calendar.
- Is this a new email address?
- Yes. Forward something to Robin, or use your Robin address for signups, bookings and newsletters.
- Can Robin read my usual inbox?
- Only mail sent to your Robin address reaches Robin. Your Gmail, Outlook or external inbox stays separate.
- Who can read my mail?
- Robin and its AI providers read mail to help you. Storage and web connections are encrypted; an external agent gets access only with your permission. How your data is protected
- Can I connect my own agent?
- With Premium. Choose one inbox and its permissions; disconnect anytime. Your client may retain what it reads. MCP permissions
- Can it send emails for me?
- You approve the words and recipient, or allow automatic agent replies to specific addresses with a daily limit and expiry.
- How do monthly limits work?
- Your inboxes share an allowance, reset monthly in UTC. Sends count per recipient. At the limit, receiving or sending pauses until reset. No automatic extra charges. What counts
