- Does Robin send anything without me?
- No. Robin drafts each reply and you approve it with one tap. Nothing goes out until you say so.
- How do enquiries reach Robin?
- Your contact form or enquiry email forwards to your Robin address. Your usual inbox stays as it is.
- What happens on the setup call?
- Twenty minutes together. We connect your enquiries, add the dates you’ve already booked and teach Robin your tone from a few past replies.
- Parents message me on WhatsApp. Does that work?
- Robin works by email. Most first enquiries arrive by email or a contact form, and we’ll talk through the rest on the setup call.
- What does it cost?
- £10 a month. No payment until you’re set up, and you can cancel anytime.
- Who can read my mail?
- Only mail sent to your Robin address reaches Robin. We don’t sell your emails or personal data, or use them for ads. Privacy policy
